What I collect
Only what you type into the contact form: your name, email address, company (optional) and your message. There is no account to create, no newsletter signup, and no other form on this site.
If you email me directly instead, I hold whatever you put in that email, in my mailbox, like any other correspondence.
Who else handles it
Three services sit between you and me. I have named them rather than saying “trusted partners”, because you cannot assess a risk you cannot see.

My email is hosted by Hostinger, so once a message reaches my inbox it sits there like any other email.
How long it is kept
Web3Forms currently retains a copy of form submissions for up to three years, after which they are deleted automatically. Messages in my own inbox I keep while there is a reason to — an active enquiry, an engagement, or a record I need for tax or professional obligations — and delete when there is not.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no cookies of its own, uses no advertising or social media trackers, and does not use Google Analytics. Cloudflare may set a cookie for security and bot protection as part of hosting. The analytics I do use counts page views in aggregate and cannot follow you to another website.
That is also why you have not been shown a consent banner. There is nothing here to consent to.
What I will never do with it
- Sell it, rent it, or share it with anyone for marketing.
- Add you to a mailing list because you sent an enquiry.
- Use what you tell me about your organisation as a case study, named or identifiable, without asking you first.
Asking for your information, or its removal
Email support@zypherstrategicsolutions.com.au and ask. I will tell you what I hold, correct it if it is wrong, or delete it — including the copy held by Web3Forms — and I will do it within a reasonable time rather than making you chase me. You do not need to give a reason.
If you are not satisfied
Raise it with me first and I will try to sort it out. If that does not resolve it, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
Changes
If what I collect or who processes it changes, this page changes with it, and the date below changes too. I will not quietly broaden it.
